Credon didn't start with a business plan. It started with a problem its founder watched happen, over and over, from the inside.
Before Credon, I spent close to a year working around event and recognition companies — and watched the same thing happen again and again: people paid for visibility, and walked away without anything that actually built their credibility.
Awards were sold, not earned. Recognition looked impressive on a certificate but meant little in the market. The professionals who genuinely deserved authority weren't getting it — and that never sat right with me.
Credon is the alternative I wished existed back then — a system where recognition is documented and earned, not manufactured and sold. That's not a tagline. It's the actual reason this company exists.
A digital marketer and entrepreneur based in India, Pushpendra spent time inside the recognition and events industry before starting Credon — building it as the alternative he wished had existed.
