Access to Credon's programs is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a feature, an award, or any specific outcome. All applications are reviewed against Credon's stated criteria for the relevant program.
Recognition, editorial features, and directory listings offered through Credon are awarded based on merit and stated editorial standards, not on payment. Where a paid membership includes access to these programs, payment covers access to the ecosystem and review process — it does not guarantee a specific recognition outcome.
When you submit information, writing, or media for a feature, profile, or recognition, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant Credon permission to use it for the stated purpose (e.g., publishing your featured profile). You retain ownership of your own content.
The Credon name, logo, website design, and original editorial content are the property of Credon Media Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
Where paid programs or memberships are offered, specific pricing, inclusions, and billing terms will be presented clearly at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to those specific terms in addition to this general agreement.
Credon provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain accurate, high-quality content and a reliable review process, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, media pickup, or results from participation in our ecosystem.
To the extent permitted by law, Credon Media Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
Credon reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate an application, membership, or feature at its discretion, including in cases of misrepresentation or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
